Hope everyone had a festive St. Patrick's Day!

My St. Patty's weekend involved a massive parade, eating too many green-dyed foods, driving around in a convertible, and certainly enjoying the Springtime weather.

spring has pretty much sprung. thank god.

right now i like: florals my nana would like (jk i don't have a nana), bold eyebrows, tennis, pale pink lips, peach scented incense, lake kayaking, strawberries with almond butter.

I recently got the Too Faced In Your Dreams palette which consists of eyeshadows, blush, and lip gloss. There's a pretty decent spectrum of deep and bronzy shadows, as well as some instructions on how to achieve certain day and night looks. The blushes are all great feminine colors, but I'm not too thrilled with the consistency of the gloss. It reminds me of some of those awful tubs of lip gloss (probably Smackers...) that were oh so popular back in fifth grade.

From the palette I used the Wanna Play? blush and Give It Up gloss (which actually dried my lips out a bit). For my eyes I used Swing as the base, Silk Stockings for the brow bone, and La Cage for the crease. The overall look had a really nice glow and aside from the gloss, everything was gorgeous quality.

I used Too Faced Shadow Insurance for an eye primer, Too Faced Primed Poreless and Nars Laguna Bronzer on my face, and Sephora Liquid Liner and Bad Gal Lash on my eyes. (I may or may not own basically every too faced product...)

It's been quite a few days! Hope the new year celebrations were fun for everyone. I spent the last couple days at a yoga/vegan retreat. Cleansing and fun, wish I could eat that way all the time but sadly my willpower isn't that strong...

resolutions: drink more water, don't get hair cut until graduation, buy more high quality wardrobe staples, do more things by myself.
